This is such a pretty dress with added suspender flair. It is made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It is stretchy velvet fabric. The fabric has a luster to it so it shimmers in the sunlight. There is elastic around the back of dress at the waist. It has straps in the elastic casing that can be tied to make the waist more pleated. There are suspender straps on the top that fit over your shoulders and drape around the back of your neck. The back has a racerback that comes up to neckline to encase the suspender strap. There are 2 pockets on the front. This dress is maxi length. Wear with a blouse, bustier or tubetop.
