Carnival Party Decorations

Adorable decorations for a party, festival, event. Etc. We only used it for my sons birthday and was careful about taking everything down. We did cut two of the banners to fit our room but they can easily be tied or taped to be full length again. I also have a chalkboard sign that you can write a message on and put outside.
