Carnelian? w/Circles Stretch Bracelet - 917 $35 or $30!w/offer

The stone? with circles stretch bracelet is unique. I believe these are real stone as they have various hues of burnt orange. Perhaps the stones are carnelian? I really think so. The stones also have weight to them as well as being cold to the touch. However they also have two bulls eye circles on each bead which appear to be in the stones not drawn on the surface. I never seen anything like that. They remind me of alien crop circles.
