Evening or cocktail dress with a lovely neckline with back button closure. Worn once to a fancy work dinner. The blue color is a gorgeous sapphire. Size 2. Fits close to body through the hips, but fabric has a slight stretch to it. I am 5'4" and it comes about two inches above the top of my knees so it is shorter.
