Very Good used condition. Fully lined. Lying flat (not stretched out) measurements: Waist: 15” Length 23” Bottom across 20” Flaw: hem in back has become undone 8” wide. 2nd to last picture shows how it lies flat and last picture shows it pulled out. This can easily be repaired although it is noticeable when wearing as is. It has a slight scent (from previously being washed in scented detergent or being stored with clothes that have?).
