Caribbean Queen Dress - Size Small

Black, one shoulder dress. Brand new with tags, never worn. Originally purchased in a Manhattan boutique. Sheer mesh at stomach and above knee. Unfortunately it was a little too formal for the event I was attending and cycling out of my closet.
