Material Content: 100% Cotton Tagged Size: 38 x 32 Measurements: - Waist: 36 - Hips: 49 - Rise: 13.25 - Inseam: 31 - Leg Opening: 18 Measurements do not always line up with size tags. Measurements are a guide in determining fit. Measured lying flat without stretching the garment. Leg/dress opening and waist are doubled from their flat measurement to give an accurate representation of circumference.
