@atogsounds hi there! Sorry for my delay. Since it is a suede like material and then lined with the Sherpa, I find it to be very warm in Colorado winter! I have one just like this and have been totally satisfied with the warmth and wind resistance. However, I cannot confirm it is 100% made to be windproof, since I can’t find the original retail details.
