linda13189 Hello Stephsolway! I opened my box yesterday and on top was a SILVER NECKLACE that I did not order, so originally I thought I had someone else's package! I received an offer of a price reduction, came on Posh Mark and saw "both for 15" listed along with the Blue and Pink colors. I purchased BOTH for $15 plus shipping with my Visa. I only received ONE shirt, the pink one and a necklace. Let's get this straightened out, please?

linda13189 It's a lovely necklace, but during the sale, I purchased TWO SHIRTS as stated, "both for 15" ... the pictures were showing TWO DIFFERENT SHIRTS, one pink and one blue. If I'm not going to receive "both for 15" ... then I would like a refund and will return your package to you as soon as I get a label. Thanks!!

linda13189 Personally, PoshMark would be better if customers could communicate with the seller easier although, it may be MY FAULT for not understanding PM communication system. I've been getting PM info on my phone, but sometimes it's out of range so that might be my contribution to lack of messages. Anyway, I would be VERY HAPPY to get the blue shirt, too. Thanks a million!!

linda13189 Ok. Posh Mark applied $5.50 in CREDITS to this purchase because they did not apply it to my FIRST PURCHASE. They sent me an email / notification saying they missed giving me my first purchase credit on my purchase of a Carhartt Hoodie, so they applied the credit to this purchase. The first purchase credit was for $5.50. The TOTAL amount was for 21.99 and they charged my card $16.49 for the balance MINUS the first purchase credit of $5.50.

linda13189 I need to communicate with someone from POSH MARK so I can VERIFY what purchase they applied the First Purchase Discount to.... I didn't memorize the purchase. I got up and checked to see if you accepted my original offer and it was not showing. Then I saw that there was a 24 hr SALE. I used my card to PAY ... supposedly $15 for both shirts and shipping. tbc....

stephsolway @linda13189 sorry for the confusion! I also had it listed at 10 each 9r 2 for 15 so partially my fault as well since I didn't know which. I will just send it at my own cost. Don't be discouraged! I have found tons of things I love the website more than another. I will sent it out tomorrow, I am on my death bed today with a cold.
