Cargo Jogger has two black stripes down each leg. Elastic waistband has stretch. Size xl Runs True To Size. Just ordered them and they don’t fit with no exchanges. The color is army green not the beige that is pictured. Fits 14/16 or 12 if you want them very baggy. Model is wearing a medium. Very nice thick cotton with stretch Deeply discounted.
