Cargo Baggy Placket Pant

I wear a size 18/20, and my waist is 42.6" and hips are 49". At the time, she used sizing for plus in #'s. When I measure the waist band, it is 44", and the hips are 54". I am listing as a 2x because that is my most common purchase size.
