Beautiful Carebear dress with mesh layer top and silky underneath so comfortable & soft this is a 2X =95% poly 5% spandex the shell & then the lining is 95% rayon with 5% spandex for that stretch factor so this will stretch alot. So this is 20 under the arms across the chest & at the waist 17.5ish it’s 43 down from the shoulder I love the rainbows & the Carebear have pretty details & a tie bow back. Then the amazing loungefly/CareBears Mini backpack…bag has hug me -love you- be mine- words with a matching card holder with six slots then one big one on the top… As seen in the pictures.
