Cardinal Flowy Chiffon Dress w/sash

I wore this dress to a formal and as a bridesmaid!! It is mid length for petite girls. It is a cardinal/deeper red color. I loved wearing this during fall in the south as it is still hot here when this color is perfect! The sash for tying around the waste is also included.
