Cardew Victorian Fireplace Teapot

This one-cup teapot is in the image of a Victorian fireplace which is crazed with age plus the many coal fires it has had in its decorative cast-iron grate. The decorated hearth tiles depict Victorian Botanic illustrations. There is a tinder box (for matches), the mantle piece has a beautiful old mantle clock guarded by (2) Staffordshire Terriers and the "Flueback" is embroidered in relief with "Cardew".
