This is a Kero hat from the anime series called Cardcaptor Sakura. You can wear it for cosplay, Halloween or just casually. The eyes, blush and mouth are embroidered. This hat comes from a smoke free home. It fits an average adult size head. This hat is new. Never been used. It just doesn't have tags.
