Caramel fitted dress or long tunic

NWOT. Brand new never worn! This is so cute but I’m pretty sure it’s sized wrong. IT IS LABELED XL BUT FITS LIKE A SMALL/MEDIUM. I’m a size 10 and it’s tight. It’s meant to be form fitting so if you’re slim it will look dynamite!! I have a bit of a belly :). Sides and sleeves are ruched. Listed it multiple sizes so search will show. I ordered this online and cannot return it but hope someone else can rock it!
