Car Show Me the Ropes Dress from Modcloth

Blue and white polka dot, striped dress purchased from Modcloth. Some snags in the fabric (pictured) from safety pins because the dress is too big on me. Slight shimmer in the stripes (silver) This has been worn and may have typical signs of wear. Non-smoking home.
