I don’t know for sure what it is. it’s just very soft and it’s not real thin material. Says hearts of Palm LLC 1411 Broadway New York New York 10018. The top of the waistband to the bottom hem of the leg is 28 inches. The capris are very clean very brand new unused looking. Little decorations at the bottom hem of each leg. The waist band from side to side is 18 inches. From the waist band to the seam at the crotch is 11 inches. The insane is 16 inches. Excellent condition looks brand-new.
