@boobawil most of my charms are not used but they have been handled, because most of them are retired charms and I get them from authorized second party retailers

@boobawil ok :) if you see a charm listed as boutique those are usually the best ones, that are NWOT , the rest are also nice, but have minor scratches which are not really visible, if there are scratches that are visible I take pics and point it out. I have less than 1% returns bcz the item that you see on the pic if the one you will get. :))
