The skirt is 1 size fits most, but I would say will fit a Sz. US 8-10 The waist is stretchy and has elastine . You can wear it 3 different ways, as a high waisted skirt, or you can roll over the puckering or wear as a dress as seen in photo. One of a kind , and very pretty skirt. Hand wash.
