Purchased new, worn once. Heavy slinky navy blue material, beautiful flowy skirt. Front fully lined. Came with beading and I added the crystals. Great condition. Capezio brand. Womens medium but runs small (purchased for myself and I am usually a small). Smoke free home. Great for dance or skating.
