Capelli of New York cheetah rain/ winter booties

These are in fabulous condition; I’ve worn them exactly twice. Definitely waterproof and perfect for rain/winter. They say they are a size 10 but I feel like they would fit a nine as well. There is a lot of room for a thick sock
