Cape Sleeve sparkle dress, size

Gorgeous high neck dress with shoulder pads and cape sleeves. Very stretchy! There is no designer or size tag attached, but it would fit a Medium/8. Due to the stretch, it could also fit larger. The fabric is black with a gold sparkle to it.
