Cape Robbin Nelia-C Heels Women's 9. Black & Gold NWOT (Flawed). They Are Black With Gold Colored Chain Design. The Heels Have No Signs Of Wear On The Soles. There Are Some Scratches On The Spike Of The Heel (as seen in photos) From Improper Storage. There Are Supposed To Be Chain Tassels On The Zipper (back of heel) But One Of Them Is Missing. The On Can Be Removed & Can Still Be A Nice Set Of Stilettos (I will Leave That To The Buyers Discretion). Heel is 4.5".
