Capacity Unlimited black long sleeve peplum top

Capacity Unlimited black silky feeling vertical striped peplum blouse. Size XL. No stretch to the fabric, I'm a 42/44 D to DD and this won't button over my chest. This will be better fitting for some in the 34/36 band size and probably C cup or smaller would be best. Pit to pit measurement is 22". Pretty polished silver buttons down the front and the cuff of each loose billowy sleeve.
