This is such a sweet piece -- literally! Skater skirt style, mini length. The candy print is vibrant and darling against the rich navy blue backdrop. It does run a bit small -- I would say fits more like an 8 US than a 10 US, as there is no give or stretch. Fully lined and SO perfect for twirling! Belt loops also are sewn in, though it didn't come with a belt. Zip closure.
