Candle holder Little girl angel with doll figurine

Gently Loved as decor inside of our house. In good condition. No brand listed on item. I believe it is a candle holder. There are a couple spots that show little tiny cracks, however nothing is broken or loose. Hollow and lightweight. Fake snow on the little girls hat. From Judy is written on the bottom of the statue but this is not seen while it is on display.
