This is a really cute Candies mint colored polyester blouse with chevron lace in the top of the back. Buttons down the top of the front, also has tabs to hold rolled sleeves in place. Has some minor snags in the threads and a very small stain. See pics for details.

Yes, I believe so as far as Juniors type brands go that is a true large. Armpit to Armpit measures 20” and shoulder to front hem measures 20.5”. Let me know if have any other questions!
