Candies blue sequin black skirt fit & flare dress

This dress is just SO much fun. It’s begging to be worn to a fun party or event. It’s a sleeveless fit and flare with scoop neck and back. It has a zipper on the side and ties in the back. Beautiful blue sequins on the top with black band and skirt. The skirt is fairly thick, you don’t have to worry about it being see through at all. Candies size 5.
