Candies Xs mini skirt in neon yellow lace/black

Candies pull on mini skirt in size Xs. The color is neon yellow lace / black underneath. This has the spandex waist. Brand new without tags, was washed and has small fabric frill marks on sides a bit (see picture) not at all bad.
