Candies Smocked Maxi Romper, Size XXL

The tag fell off while taking pictures so I'll call it NWOT/never used. Never used. Size is XXL, but closer to women's XL since it's from the juniors area. Very cute dress, but fits me big. There are shorts attached under. They are covered by the dress but useful since there is a long-ish slit Open to offers!
