It has a keyhole back, and the straps look doubled, making cutouts on the shoulders. It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with the top. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 13 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 25 inches.
