Candie's Light Blue Rib Knit Long Sleeve Sweater Dress Sz S

Adorable baby blue long-sleeved, light weight sweater dress from Candie's by Kohls, size small. Pretty bow belt, rhinestone buttons on cowl neck, and rib knit details on neck and hem. Lace detailing running down sleeves. Extremely soft and stretchy. I wore this twice for holiday parties, hand washed cold and laid flat to dry. It's in great condition but I just noticed an area of discoloration on the back, tried to capture in photos. It's faint but I'm not sure if it will come out.
