Candies Girls Christmas Holiday Dress in Black and White with Pink Accents Sz 7 Beautiful dress with black velvet “jacket” up top (it is tank style with a black velvet “jacket” sewn to it.) Black with white spots and silver dots on the dress. It also has a pretty pink satin bow at the waist and tied at the back. Lined underneath with black tulle to give the skirt more fluff. Adorable! There is one loop on the front of the sash that I can not for the life of me remember what it was for! (See photo)
