Candie’s Fit and Flare Black Lace Party Dress

Gently Used—Only Worn Twice! Juniors size L black and white fit and flare flirty lace patterned party dress. Material is VERY soft and comfortable, thicker, and pretty stretchy. Dress will flare out when you spin. Features cap sleeves and a fun circular cutout in the back. Has two tiny belt loops for thin belt, but I do not have the belt anymore. You can easily snip these off if you don’t like them. Dress hits me (5’7”) at mid thigh length. Great for recitals, parties, and holiday gatherings.
