lovely blue peplum top with cap sleeves. the top of the blouse is just lace, then there is a liner that begins at the breast. there is a cute button on the back. please be aware there is a slight discoloration under one of the armpits. but it's small and not very noticeable. please see pic i took. the top is still in good condition. 🌻 will consider all offers!! 🌻🌻 please reach out with any questions regarding this item!
