Thanks for your inquiry. I loaded some additional photos to the listing. I can tell you that I wear a 39R or 40R jacket with a 15-1/2 33 shirt & it fits me well. Approximate measurements:
Armpit seam to armpit seam---approx. 21-1/2"
Bottom of back collar seam to bottom--approx. 28-3/4'
Shoulder seam to cuff (outside)--approx. 23"
