pre-owned vintage Canal in Loing, France etching signed by the artist Philippe. The top right of the etching reads the Paris Etching Society started by Sydney Zoltan Lucas whose initials are printed in a small circle on the bottom left. This came out of an old frame with a water damaged matte. there is no damage to the painting and it retains its brilliant colors. the photos were taken in indirect sunlight. it would be beautiful reframed. the size is 13"X10"
