How long is it? Knee length? Is it recommended for cold winter weather? Like snowing and skiing?

The conversion from Celsius to Fahrenheit is 15 Celsius = 59 Fahrenheit in low activity and -20 Celsius = -4 Fahrenheit in moderate activity.
