Canada Pooch Splatter print pet harness in size small. The sizing chart is the last picture. Harness should cover chest when on your pet. It has two metal loops to attach to a leach. One on the front of the chest, and one on the back in between shoulder blades. The harness has a strap on the back that can be used to hold on to your pet or to buckle them safely into a vehicle. Harness does have some damage to the front buckle. My girl got to it one day (puppies can be a pain sometimes!). The marks do not affect the buckle, and the harness still works the same. If you've never had a canada pooch harness, you are in for a treat. I love these harnesses and have them for all my fur babies. This one just doesn't fit anyone in my household anymore.
