Canada Pooch barely used small dog jacket

Super warm parka for a small dog. Fits my dog perfectly but she doesn’t like the arms and won’t wear it. She’s only worn it a couple of times. Has pull tie to tighten to fit at the bottom and strong Velcro closure on the belly.
