If someone were to use that label, the jacket would automatically get returned to you. Just fyi. They repair and return to sender, which would technically be you, since you opened the warranty claim.

@olenapersyk the zipper needs to be repaired. The part that goes up and down fell off .
Canada goose can repair
I asked at the store they said to just send it in but my son outgrew the coat so I’m not gonna send it for repairs on my end
