I’ve seen mixed reviews on the size. Since you bought the wrong size, do you feel they fit big or are you more toward a 7.5 that wishes you had sized to an 8? Thanks!

Lots of rain in Seattle and very cold , not to mention I have bad circulation in my feet due to back surgery and my feet are always cold… anyways how well insulated are they from rain and very cold weather ?
