Measurements: 3 1/4"W × 1 3/8"H Vintage from the 1960s 4 Materials: Swarovski crystals, goldtone metal, enamel • Style: Mid-century Jackie Kennedy shared her favorite pieces of jewelry with those who admired her vast collection. She did so by hiring Camrose and Kross exclusively to create copies of her favorites to sell. The butterfly itself is goldtone with clear crystals on the wings and body, and red, green, blue and purple enamel also on the wings. The red, green and purple areas are created with a guilloche technique where the metal is textured then colored, and a clear resin is poured over the top so the texture shows through giving it more depth and interest.
