badoodly @mermowry Hi! This is made for 3 x 5 cards. The box measures 6 x 3 3/4 x 4 3/4 (front) and 6 (back). As for the smudges, they are permanent but they are very light and can only be seen when the light hits them a certain way. The red lines are light but more noticable than the smudges. Thanks.
