Cameo pendant/brooch ornate hair floral Grecian looking goddess oval gold frame

I believe this is gold I never had it tested but it’s been in my collection for over thirty years and I have many Can be worn as pendant or brooch I don’t think they would go to the degree of framing settings etc for anything but gold or silver platinum for a piece of this caliber It’s simply beautiful and I have not worn it unfortunately so it’s time to go to someone who will appreciate it Please look closely at the photos and video this is a very old piece and has its imperfections
