@jessemar I think so. I'm pretty much a solid 14, but I have big arms. It will probably be fitted because I dont like to wear that type of jacket loose and it's fitted on me. Did you want me to measure across on the chest?

@jessemar across the chest (armpit to armpit) it is 21 inches flat. Across the bottom, it is 19 inches flat
