Calvin Klein long stretchy black and white skirt

This skirt has an elastic waist. There is a flap of fabric at the top that goes over the elastic. I feel like you could convert it to a dress or cover up by pulling it up above the bust line. New without tags. 95% Rayon, 5% spandex.
