Calvin Klein gathered jersey dress with belt

Slinky black jersey dress with Grecian-looking gathering in front and back. Hidden side zipper, lingerie straps underneath shoulder straps, self-belted. Only worn once but stored in my closet. No flaws, but there is very faint fading at the armpit where the zipper is, please see photos.
