hercedarcloset @amberdoe89 The dress is in fact polka dotted, but more a raised fabric, or a "burnout" technique. I can't say where it would fit on you. Being everyone is proportioned differently, at 5'9" it would probably fit well as an evening, or summer dress. I hope that helps 💚
